ABOUT ME
I started my coaching method with one goal in mind: to help people find happiness in their work, relationships, and life.
Initially, I started helping kids with life skills development in high school as a habilitation and respite provider. Soon after, I began providing paraprofessional services and discovered that I love tutoring as well and have been doing that ever since. I love helping kids gain independence, knowledge, and confidence, which led me to earn my degree in Behavioral Health Science at Grand Canyon University with minor in Spanish—and now I am able to do what I am passionate about every day!
Since then, I have transitioned into Life Coaching. A few years ago, a local nonprofit hired me to start and run their life skills program for teens/young adults with special needs. I have loved helping individuals find and meet their goals which inspired me to obtain a certification in life coaching. Since then, I have started life coaching for all abilities and ages who are at a transition point in their lives and are looking to what’s next for them.
Currently, I am working toward becoming an ICF accredited life coach.
I am so inspired by the human experience, and I love coming alongside individuals who are willing to push themselves to the next level in their life.
I’d love to help you find your new path. See how you can work with me!
